To input information into the Cost Price, Sales Price, Number Sold and Total Cost columns, students should follow the same linking procedure as outlined previously, one column at a time.

They should type the equals sign into the first input cell of each of the columns, open the Stock worksheet and click the first cell in the corresponding column ... then returning to the Profit worksheet, click ENTER and drag the formulae into the other cells of the column.
